Bearsted and Maidstone Climate Action Networks (CANs) and BMAT are teaming up with Kent County Council to host Green Homes: Bearsted 2025 at the Memorial Hall, Bearsted on 18th Oct.

If you would like to lower your energy bills or reduce your carbon footprint, this Green Homes event is for you! This event aims to help you better understand how to improve your property’s energy efficiency.

On the day, grants and advice to install measures such as insulation, solar PV and heat pumps will be shared. You will have the chance to learn from local homeowners and installers about different measures and you can visit a nearby home with a heat pump & solar panels, if you want to see one in action!  Visit Jacqui’s house whom has had a heat pump since 2020 & Solar panels since 2011
